What makes all the difference to Beef?

The quality grade and type of Beef. Our beef is AAA grade BEEFMASTER, SPARTAN or KARAN. It is fully matured, cut and trimmed in-house, and grilled to your liking. Served with 1 sauce of your choice.

Our MINIMUM MATURING period is:

RUMP - 24 DAYS

SIRLOIN - 32 DAYS

FILLET - 21 DAYS

TBONE - 24 DAYS
